Q: How long does it take to receive my jewellery?
A: All orders are shipped via Evri and usually arrive within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes — a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the UK only, but we plan to expand our delivery options soon.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return any eligible item within 30 days as long as it’s unused and in original condition. Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Q: What if I receive a faulty item?
A: If your item is faulty, we’ll offer a refund or replacement within 30 days. After that, we’re happy to offer a repair or exchange where possible. Just email us at info@myjewelsboutique.com.

Q: Does the jewellery come in a gift box?
A: All items are now packed in our new luxury jewellery pouches, perfect for gifting or storing your pieces in style. If you prefer a gift box, contact us and we’ll try to accommodate your request.

Q: Can I include a gift message?
A: We don’t currently offer gift messaging, but our sleek packaging is ideal for gifting straight away.
