Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Earrings and nose studs (due to hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
- Customized items (e.g., engraved or resized pieces)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of this page. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, including:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider, as processing may take time.
- Contact your bank, as further processing may be required.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@myjewelsboutique.com.
- We offer one free exchange per order.
- For a second return of the same item, a £3.50 handling fee will apply.
- This fee does not apply to items with manufacturing faults.
Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Faults & Warranty
At Jewels Boutique, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, durable products. All items come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. If you encounter an issue during this period, please click the “Contact Us” button below and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Relevant photos or videos of the fault
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and arrange for repair or replacement if necessary.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Following the care instructions provided with your purchase will help maintain its longevity.
